防御酶与植物抗青枯病关系研究进展

摘  要:
青枯病是由青枯劳尔氏菌引起的一种毁灭性土传病害。综述了植物体内抗病相关防御酶(SOD、POD、PPO、PAL)及酶基因在植物抗青枯病方面的研究进展,发现病原物的侵染诱导导致植物体内防御酶活性变化。这些防御酶,或由于维持体内的活性氧代谢平衡,或由于参与酚类物质的氧化,或由于提高了木质素的生物合成而形成物理屏障,从而与植物抗青枯病存在一定的相关性。

摘  要:
Bacterial wilt is a destructive soil-borne disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum.This paper summarized the research progress on the disease defense-related enzymes(SOD,POD,PPO and PAL) and enzyme gene in the terms of plant resistance to bacterial wilt,found pathogens infection induce defense enzyme activity changes in plants.These defense enzymes,or due to maintain the balance of active oxygen metabolism in vivo,or due to participate in the oxidation of phenolic substances,or due to raised lignin biosynthesis and form a physical barrier,which has certain relevance in terms of plant resistance to bacterial wilt.
