欣庆凹凸棒复合微生物肥料与调节剂对水稻生长及镉含量的影响

摘  要:
以中嘉早17、中早39、泰优390和汕优46为材料,研究了欣庆凹凸棒复合微生物肥以及与调节剂的配合施用对水稻的生长发育、产量以及水稻重金属镉含量的影响。结果表明,与对照T1相比,施用欣庆凹凸棒复合微生物肥和调节剂处理(T2、T3、T4、T5)可以显著提高水稻产量,有利于获得较多的穗数和每穗粒数,早稻和晚稻最高产量分别为6.39 t/hm~2、7.88 t/hm~2;可显著降低稻草和糙米中镉含量,分别比对照低1.16%~53.16%、0.64%~44.83%。在250kg/hm~2凹凸棒复合微生物肥施用量下,不同调节剂用量(0~300 kg/hm~2)处理下水稻产量、结实率差异不明显,但泰优390、中早39的穗粒数有显著差异,4个品种只有泰优390的千粒重表现出明显差异。凹凸棒复合微生物肥与调节剂配施对水稻生长的影响及降低镉的效应与施用量和水稻品种有关。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of Xinqing attapulgite composite microbial fertilizer and conditioning agent on the growth of rice and the content of cadmium in rice,a field experiment was conducted in 2016,4 rice varieties of Zhongjiazao 17,Zhongzao 39,Taiyou 390 and Shanyou 46 selected as test materials. The results showed that,compared with T1( ck),the four treatments( T2,T3,T4,T5) were beneficial to the number of panicles and grains per spike,the highest yield of early rice and late rice was 6. 39 t/ha and 7. 88t/ha,respectively. At the same time,the content of cadmium in straw and brown rice were 1. 16% ~ 53. 16% and 0. 64% ~44. 83% lower than the ck,respectively. At the same amount of attapulgite composite microbial fertilizer( 250kg/ha~2),the application amount of conditioning agent arrange 0 kg/ha to 300 kg/ha,there have no significant difference of yield and seed setting rate,however,the difference of grains per spike of Taiyou390 and Zhongzao39 was significant at 5% level,only Taiyou390 got a obviously difference on the weight of 1000 grains. The effect of Xinqing attapulgite composite microbial fertilizer application with conditioning agent on rice growth and reduce the cadmium content in straw and brown rice could be different by the different amount and rice varieties.
