In recent years,the incidence of diseases and pests of fruit trees in China has increased year by year as the fruit planting industry has grown rapidly and the planting area has continued to expand. This has not only seriously affected the yield and quality of fruits,but also affected the life span of fruit trees. In this paper,a fruit tree scraper automatic scraper collection device is designed,which consists of four parts: power mechanism,cutting tool,cleaning mechanism and collection mechanism. The small motor is used as power source. In this device,designed a new tool with a double cutter layout,which increases the cleaning mechanism of the cutter and improves the working efficiency. On this basis,a collecting device is also arranged to collect the cut bark and reduce the secondary pollution of the fruit tree. The automatic fruit scraping collection device of the fruit tree can effectively reduce the incidence of diseases and pests of fruit trees,and can improve the efficiency of work and save labor,and can bring significant economic benefits to the fruit growers.
