对湖南农村富余劳动力现状及制约农村富余劳动力转移的因素进行了分析,提出加强就业培训引导是促进农村富余劳动力转移的有效手段,同时提出了就业培训措施。

摘  要：
This paper analyies the present condition of remaining labor force in countryside of Hunan province and restrained factors to its tranfer, and indicates that enhancing the employment is effective way to promote the tranfer of remaining labor force, and puts forward the measure of employment training.
