温度与光照对党参种子发芽的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨党参种子发芽的最佳温度和光照条件,研究了光照和黑暗条件以及不同温度(5,10,15,20,25,30,35℃)对党参种子萌发的影响。结果表明,综合党参种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的变化规律,25℃为种子的最适发芽温度;党参种子的发芽率受光照条件的影响不显著,不同光照条件下的发芽率无明显差异,说明党参种子为光不敏感型。

摘  要:
To explore the optimum temperature and illumination conditions for seed germination of Codonopsis pilosula, the effects of light and dark conditions and different temperature(5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 ℃)on the germination of Codonopsis pilosula seed were studied. The results showed that the change rule of germination rate, germinating potential and germination index of Codonopsis pilosula were integrated, the optimum germination temperature was 25 ℃. The germination rate of Codonopsis pilosula seed was not affected by illumination conditions. The germination rate under different light conditions had no obvious difference, indicating that Codonopsis pilosula seeds were insensitive to light.
