摘 要：
十二五以来,随着国家对草畜产业扶持政策的不断出台,我区肉牛养殖量大幅增加,肉牛粪污的大量产生对生态环境的污染问题也越来越凸显。近年来,区委政府虽然对畜禽养殖污染治理高度重视,逐步加大工作力度,取得了一定的成效,因肉牛养殖量大,肉牛粪污处理利用的任务依然繁重。因此,加大肉牛养殖粪污源化利用力度,为科学制定我区畜禽养殖污染防治规划和畜禽养殖废弃物资源化利用模式,促进畜牧业健康发展,改善养殖场及周边的环境质量,推动农业循环经济及可持续发展奠定基础。

摘 要：
Since the Twelve Five-Year Plan,with the development of the national support policies for the grass and livestock industry,the amount of beef cattle breeding in our region has increased significantly,and the pollution of the ecological environment has become more and more prominent.In recent years,although the district government has attached great importance to the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding,it has gradually increased its efforts and achieved certain results.However,due to the large amount of beef cattle farming,the task of treating and utilizing beef cattle manure is still heavy.Therefore,increase the utilization of manure pollution in beef cattle breeding,scientifically formulate pollution prevention and control plans for livestock and poultry breeding in our region and resource utilization model for livestock and poultry breeding,promote the healthy development of animal husbandry,and improve the environmental quality of farms and surrounding areas.Promote the agricultural circular economy and lay a foundation for sustainable development.
