摘  要：
中国进入高质量发展阶段,从脱贫攻坚取得胜利到全面推进乡村振兴,是中国"三农"工作重心的历史性转移,这对高质量气象保障提出更高要求。做好乡村振兴气象保障是贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署的重大举措,是气象工作服务国家、服务人民的重要抓手,是气象事业高质量发展的内在需求。以黄冈市为例,总结了近年来气象为农服务工作取得的成就,分析了存在的问题,提出了提升气象为农服务能力的建议。

摘  要：
China has entered the stage of high-quality development,from winning the poverty alleviation to promoting the Rural Revitalization in an all-round way,which is a historical shift of the focus of the work of“three rural areas”,which puts forward higher requirements for high-quality meteorological guarantee. To do a good job in Rural Revitalization of meteorological security is an important measure to implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,an important grasp of meteorological work serving the country and the people,and the internal demand for the high-quality development of meteorological undertakings. Taking Huanggang as an example,this research summarizes the achievements of meteorological service for agriculture in recent years,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improving the meteorological service capacity for agriculture.
