我国城镇居民粮食消费状况分析与安全对策研究

摘 要：
本文运用统计分析和计量分析方法,对我国城镇居民粮食消费状况进行了全面的分析;对未来我国城镇居民人口数量及其粮食消费需求量进行了预测;提出保障种粮耕地面积,强化粮食生产投资,提高粮食收购价格,建立城镇低收入人群基本生活保障体系,保障不同收入组城镇居民粮食消费长期安全的对策措施。

摘 要：
The paper has made a comprehensive analysis of Chinese urban residents' food consumption with the methods of statistical and quantitative analyses,and has predicted the demand for food consumption and the future population of Chinese urban residents.Consequently,the paper puts forward the long-term safety measures of the food consumption to protect the different income groups of urban residents by protecting arable land for growing grains,strengthening invest ment for food producing,raising food prices and establishing the basic living security system for urban low-income groups.
