猪品种ESR和PRLR基因的PCR-SSCP多态性分析

摘  要：
采用聚合酶链式反应-单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)方法,对国外引进猪品种杜洛克猪、长白猪、大约克夏猪和东北地方猪品种东北民猪、丹东黑猪共计305头母猪进行了雌激素受体基因(Estrogen receptor gene,ESR)和催乳素受体基因(Prolactin receptor gene,PRLR)的多态性检测,并对其遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,两个基因位点在5个猪品种中均存在着多态性,5个猪品种的ESR基因和PRLR基因位点的期望杂合度分别在0.2581～0.4967和0.4007～0.4885,多态性信息含量分别在0.2248～0.3734和0.3204～0.3692。各个猪品种均表现出了中度的多态性。

摘  要：
Three foreign swine breeds including Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire and two northeast local swine breeds including Dongbeimin pig, Dandong black pig altogether 305 pigs were detected by single strand conformation polymorphism analysis of polymerase chain reaction products (PCR-SSCP) method to analyze the polymorphism and genetic diversity of estrogen receptor gene(ESR gene) and prolactin receptor gene(PRLR gene).The results showed that both the two genes were polymorphic in the five breeds, the expected heterozygosity of the two genes in five breeds were 0.258 1～0.4967 and 0.4007～0.4885 respectively.The polymorphism information content were 0.224 8～0.3734 and 0.3204～0.3692 respectively.All the breeds showed moderate diversity.
