草菇发育过程中某些衰老因子的变化

摘 要:
草菇子实体发育的六个阶段中,过氧化氢酶和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性上升,脂类过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)不断积累,且积累速度与过氧化氢酶活性的变化程度相对应。草菇在发育过程中,其蛋白质含量逐渐下降,并且下降趋势与其中蛋白酶活性的变化一致。不同发育阶段过氧化物酶及超氧物歧化酶同功酶的电泳图谱有着一定的变化,特别是在成熟期,同功酶电泳图谱与其它五个阶段相比,差异十分明显,实验表明,在成熟期,伴随着孢子的释放,草菇的生理活动最活跃。同时,其机体本身因蛋白质水平的下降而迅速衰老。

摘 要:
Experiments showed that activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) rose during the development of straw mushroom, malonaldehyde (MDA), pro- duct of lipid peroxidation, accumulated continuously and the rates of accumulation corresponded to the changes in catalase activity. During the depelopment, the protein content of mushroom decreased gradually with the rates corresponding to the changes in proteinase. There were some differences in electrophoretograms of catalase and SOD isozymes at different development stages, especially the electrophoretograms at mature stage differed significantly from those at other five stages. Moreover the physiological activity became most active at mature stage with the re- lease of spores, in the meantime the mushroom itself senesced quickly due to the dec- rease of protein level.
