不同质源水稻材料氮利用效率的聚类分析

摘  要:
选取100份不同质源的水稻(Oryza sativa L.)材料,通过施氮与不施氮对比试验,以单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数、千粒重、株高及全生育期为指标进行聚类分析。结果表明,参试材料可分为5类,其中第Ⅱ类集中了全部氮高效利用材料,其氮高效系数(DC)中心值达到93.6,表现出较强的氮高效利用特性;其次为第Ⅳ类,中心值为89.8;中心值最小的为第Ⅲ类,为81.9,表明该类材料在低氮胁迫下受害程度最大;其余表现一般。

摘  要:
Taking 100 rice genotypes as material,cluster analysis was conducted using efficient tiller number per plant,grain number per spike,plant height,whole growth period and 1 000-grain weight as indicator in comparative test between N treatment and none-N treatment.The results showed that the materials could be divided into 5 classes.Materials with high nitrogen utilization efficiency were clustered into classⅡ,the DC central value of which was as high as 93.6.The central value of class Ⅳ(89.8) was the second high.The materials of class Ⅲ,of which the central value(81.9) was the smallest,would suffer the most serious damage under low nitrogen stress.The other materials had ordinary performance.
