复合不育剂EP-1对雄性棕色田鼠的抗生育作用

摘  要：
为探讨复合不育剂EP-1对雄性棕色田鼠繁殖器官的药效,选取健康的发情期成年雄性棕色田鼠22只,随机分成2组,记录2组用药前及用药后睾丸、附睾、储精囊、精子密度、睾酮含量和睾丸组织形态的变化。结果显示EP-1对雄性黑线姬鼠具有明显的不育效果,实验组试鼠睾丸组织破坏严重,精子密度及睾酮含量较对照组降低。说明复合不育剂(EP-1)能对雄性中华姬鼠的生殖系统造成一定的影响。

摘  要：
In order to explore the effect of EP-1on reproductive system of male Microtus mandarinus,22 adult male Microtusmandarinus were selected and randomly divided into 2groups.Record was made about the changes of the testis,Epididymides,seminalvesicle,sperm density,testosterone and testicular tissue morphology before and after treated with EP-1.The testicular tissue of the treated groups were severely damaged and the sperm density and testosterone level of treated groups were lower than the control group.The result showed that EP-1had significant effect on male Microtus mandarinus.
