高效液相色谱法测定Famoxadone在苹果中的残留量研究

摘  要:
建立了测定易保(Equationcontact)中有效成分Famoxadone在苹果中残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法。色谱柱选择Novapak苯基柱3.9mm×150mm(填充物粒径4μm);流动相为乙腈+0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾(体积比为45:55,pH=3);固定柱温40℃。测定的回收率均在82%以上,相对标准偏差小于5.58%,最低检测限为2×10-9g。

摘  要:
A HPLC method for famoxadone residue in apple was established. Operating conditions were chromatogram column: Novapak phenyl 3.9 mm×150 mm (4 μm); mobile phase: V (CH3CN):V (KH2PO4)=45:55 (pH=3); column temperature: 40℃. The recovery, RSD and detection limit of the method were 82%, 5.58% and 2×10-9 g, respectively.
