稳温慢烤对不同烤烟品种理化性状和经济性状的影响

摘  要:
为研究稳温慢烤烘烤工艺对不同品种烟叶的影响,对3个在湖南广泛种植的烟草品种进行稳温慢烤试验。结果表明:湘烟5号的上等烟比例达56.38%,较云烟87提高9.08个百分点,较K326提高22.14个百分点;中上等烟比例达99.29%,较云烟87提高1.34个百分点,较K326提高4.67个百分点。说明湘烟5号比较适宜采用稳温慢烤烘烤工艺。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of temperature stabilization and slow-curing technology on different tobacco varieties, three tobacco varieties widely planted in Hunan Province were tested for temperature stabilization and slow-curing. The results showed that the proportion of top grade tobacco of Xiangyan No.5 reached 56.38%, which was 9.08 percentage points higher than Yunyan 87 and 22.14 percentage points higher than K326.
