地表壤土切收机优化设计

摘 要:
以现有的地表壤土切收机物理样机为基础,针对其在特殊情况下动力不足、切收效率偏低的问题,进行了优化设计,以获得高效的地表壤土切收机。采用逆向设计,对动力匹配进行优化设计,通过实验确定最佳的取土转速以达到将地表壤土通过刀板组推送到收集袋中。通过建立驱动力和刀板阻力数学模型,分析驱动力和工作阻力,进而合理设计工作部件宽度以及刀具厚度。实验证明,优化设计后的地表壤土切收机工作效率明显提高,特殊情况下的动力不足情况也得以显著改善。

摘 要:
The existing surface loam cut receiver physical prototype,based on special circumstances for its underpowered and cut to close the problem of low efficiency,to optimize the design in order to obtain efficient surface loam to cut receiver. Using the method of reverse engineering,to optimize the design for power matching,through experiments to determine the best speed to reach the surface soil loam knife board set to push through the collection bag. Driving force through the establishment of mathematical models and knife plate resistance,the resistance of the driving force and work analysis,and thus the rational design of working parts and tool width thickness. Experiments show that optimization of surface loam cut after closing machine working efficiency increases,special circumstances underpowered situation improved significantly.
