碎石桩加固的软土路基承载特性分析

摘  要:
鉴于软土路基承载能力弱,难以达到工程标准,本文针对遂资高速公路的具体软土地质条件,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立模型研究了碎石桩加固的软土路基承载特性,分析了碎石桩加固前后软土路基的位移沉降规律和路堤填筑过程中碎石桩的应力、位移和塑性区特征。结果表明:1)碎石桩加固可以有效降低软土路基的位移和沉降;2)碎石桩的竖向应力为周围土体的2~3倍,应力集中系数约为3.1;3)路基桩体最大沉降值和水平位移随填土高度的增大而减小,并呈现出线性变化关系;4)碎石桩加固后成为软土路基主要的承载体,可以有效提高软土路基承载能力,减轻其屈服破坏面积。

摘  要:
Because the bearing capacity of soft soil subgrade was so weak that it was unable to reach the engineering standards,this paper took the numerical simulation software FLAC 3D to establish the model to study on a bearing characteristic of soft soil subgrade reinforced by gravel piles in light of the soft soil conditions of Suizi highway and the displacement sedimentary law of soft soil subgrade before and after gravel pile reinforcement and the stress, displacement and plastic zone characteristics of gravel pile during subgrade filling were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) gravel pile reinforcement could effectively reduce the displacement and subsidence of soft soil subgrade. 2) the vertical stress of gravel pile was 2~3 times that of surrounding soil,and the stress concentration coefficient was about 3.1. 3) the maximum subsidence value and horizontal displacement of roadbed pile decreased with the increase of soil filling height and showed a linear change relationship; 4) the gravel pile became the main bearing carrier of soft soil subgrade after reinforcement, which could effectively improve the bearing capacity of soft soil subgrade and reduced its yield destruction area.
