农产品市场信息服务在农产品生产、流通和加工等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,信息服务质量的高低直接影响到农产品的生产、商户的经营和消费者的利益。而农产品市场信息的及时、准确与否直接影响农产品市场信息服务的水平。因此,针对农产品市场调查的基本方法、技术以及市场调查中的访谈技巧、现场质量控制、问题数据的处理等应该注意的问题进行了分析探讨,以期给农产品市场调查人员以及从事相关工作的人员提供参考。

摘  要:
Agricultural market information services play an important role in agricultural production, circulation and processing. The quality of information services have a directly effect on the production of agricultural products, operation of merchants and benefits of consumers. Whether the information of agricultural market is timely and accurate or not directly affect the level of agricultural market in- formation services. In this paper, the basic methods of agricultural products market research, technology and the interview skills, on- site quality control, data processing, etc. in market research are discussed, and hope that it could provide reference to the agricultural market researchers, as well as related personnel.
