分析了测量流体时附着物影响导致零点变动、电导率的变化而产生静电感应躁声、非轴对称流动导致流速分布不对称引起的电磁流量计测量误差 .提出了生产过程中消除测量误差的方法 ,选择合适的内衬、增大流速、消除静电感应躁声、在电磁流量计前面有足够长的直管

摘  要:
An analysis is presented of the measuring error of electromagnetic flowmeter caused by zeropoint moves by deposition in measuring flow static induction noise caused by electric conductance change and unsymmetrie velocity distribution caused by axis of unsymmetric flow.And the ways to eliminate measuring error selecting fitting lining,increasing flow rate removing static induction noise and fixing long enough straight duct before electromagnetic flowmeter.
