摘 要：
Chemical inventions, such as pesticide compounds, have low predictability in most cases, and experimental data is very important to judge the creativity of compounds. The review of the supplementary experimental data of pesticide compounds under the new patent examination guidelines attracts people's attention. Combined with an invalid case, this paper studies the review standard of the supplementary experimental data of pesticide compounds under the new patent examination guidelines, in order to provide reference for the follow-up work.
