角色认同视角下构建“大学生村官”工作长效机制研究——以江苏省南京市为例

摘要：

以角色认同为视角,对南京市4区(高淳、六合、江宁、雨花台)的"大学生村官"、村镇干部、村民进行问卷调查及访谈,通过现状分析得出"大学生村官自我角色认同水平较低"的问题,并探究其影响因素得出根本在于"当地经济条件",基于问题、影响因素从"供给需求平衡"角度提出3点对策建议,旨在提高"大学生村官"角色认同水平、构建"大学生村官"工作长效机制。

摘要：

From perspective of role identity,the questionnaire and interview was conducted on college-graduate village officials,village cadres,farmers in four regions of Nanjing City( Gaozhun,Liuhe,Jiangning,Yuhuatai). The problem of"college-graduate village officials self role identity is low"was analyzed,"the local economic conditions"is the main influencing factor. Based on the problem and influencing factor,three points of countermeasures were put forward from perspective of"supply demand balance",the aim is to improve college-graduate village officials self role identity,construct long-term mechanism of college students work.
