全射流喷头内部流场计算流体动力学数值模拟

摘  要:
建立了全射流喷头内部流场的CFD数值模型,并对喷头的流量压力关系、喷头附壁情况下附壁点的位置进行了数值模拟计算。CFD计算值与实验测量值对比结果表明,CFD计算得到的3种喷头流量值与实验测量值的平均偏差小于5%,附壁点计算值与实验测量值平均偏差小于5%。说明采用CFD方法能较好地反映喷头的内部流动情况,根据数值模拟最终得到全射流喷头内部流场在直射和附壁状态下的速度矢量图。

摘  要:
Mathematical model for the inner flow of complete fluidic sprinkler was established by using computational fluid dynamics. Computational fluid dynamics method was applied to calculate the relationship between flux and working pressure and also calculate the position of lean-wall. The calculated results were compared with the test results. It showed that the average error was less than 5% between the calculated results and the test results. According to the calculation, the velocity distribution of the inner flow for the complete fluidic sprinkler was established in the condition both straight flow and lean-wall flow.
