基于土地功能的陕西省土地资源承载力评价

摘  要：
基于土地功能的视角,结合陕西土地资源利用实际,构建土地生产、生活、生态3个二级指标,24个三级指标,采用均方差分析法和系统聚类法对陕西省11个城市进行实证分析。结果表明,三大承载力间总体呈现出生态承载力大于生活承载力大于生产承载力,单个承载力内部各个区域的差异特征基本契合各地发展实际;土地资源综合承载力差异明显,与地区经济社会发展情况基本一致。

摘  要：
From the perspective of land function and combined with the utilization practice of land resources in Shaanxi province, 3 secondary indexes including land, life, ecology, and 24 third class indexes were established, an empirical analysis of 11 cities in Shaanxi province was conducted by using mean square deviation method and system clustering method.The results showed that overall ecological bearing capacity>life bearing capacity >production bearing capacity among 3 bearing capacities, within each bearing capacity, difference characteristic in different regions basically accorded with practical development of various regions; the comprehensive bearing capacity difference of land resources was obvious, in general accord with regional economic and social development.
