大麦萌发过程中清蛋白组分的变化

摘  要:
研究了大麦种子在萌发过程中清蛋白组分变化情况。以4个大麦品种垦啤8号、甘啤4号、Harrington和Esterel为材料,以考马斯亮蓝G-250方法检测萌发过程中清蛋白含量动态变化,并进行SDS-PAGE电泳分析。结果表明:萌发6d种子中清蛋白含量比原麦增长0.4~1.3倍。SDS-PAGE图谱显示蛋白亚基分子量在10~66kDa间分布,萌发过程中分子量为25~45kDa间的蛋白谱带分布丰富,变化复杂。不同品种大麦种子在萌发过程中清蛋白含量变化有相似的规律。大麦种子中清蛋白缺乏高分子量蛋白组分,而富含中、低分子量蛋白亚基。

摘  要:
The change in content of albumin fraction during germination was studied in this paper.Four species barleys,Hordeum vulgare L.Kenpi.No.8,Hordeum vulgare L.Ganpi.No.4,Hordeum vulgare L.Harringto and Hordeum vulgare L.Esterel were used to detect the change in content of albumin fraction during germination with the method of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250,then run SDS-PAGE.Experimental results are showed as follows,the content of albumin is more times from 1.4 to 2.3 in malts germinated six days than in barley seeds.SDS-PAGE analysis showed that albumin in barley seeds and albumin subunits exists in the district between 10 to 66 kilodaltons.More spectral bands appeared in molecular weight of 25~45 kilodaltons separation than others during germination.The content of albumin fraction in different barley seeds demonstrates more obvious regularity during germination,it was deficient in HMW protein components,but rich in MMW and LMW protein subunits
