摘 要:
为了给畜禽粪便及农田废弃物的科学利用与管理提供理论依据,分别以玉米秸秆、废弃菜叶、蛋鸡粪和奶牛粪按照不同的比例混合配制成不同饲料饲养日本大平2号蚯蚓,观察其生长繁殖特性及对饲料成分的影响。结果表明:饲养期为40d时,玉米秸秆、废弃菜叶、鸡粪和牛粪按15%、15%、30%和40%配比的基质平均蚯蚓重、日增重倍数、日产茧数和日增殖倍数最为理想,蚯蚓在整个饲养期内生长良好;各种基质中吸附水、k+含量随试验时间的增加而降低,灰分有所增高,NO3-含量先下降后升高,PO42-含量试验前后变化不大。

摘 要:
In order to provide theoretical basis for scientific utilization and management for animal manures and farmland waste,feed made of corn stalk,discarded vegetable leaves,egg-laying chicken manure,and cow dung with different ratio were fed Japan Ohira II earthworms,their growth and reproduction characters and effects on components in fed were observed.The result showed that the average weight,daily weight gain multiples,daily cocoon produced,and daily multiples were optimal when proportion of corn stalk,discarded vegetable leaves,chicken manure,and cow dung were 15%,15%,30%and 40%,respectively,in 40days of feeding,and earthworms were well grown during feeding.Adsorbed water,K+content decreased along with the increase of feeding days,but ash content increased,while NO3-decreased first and then increased,but PO42-had little change before and after the test.
