摘 要：
食品安全问题是世界先进国家高度关注的热门话题。食品安全事故的发生增加了消费者对食品安全的恐惧感,降低了消费者对国产食品的信任度。本文着手于食品安全理论,结合我国最近发生的食品安全重大事故的分析,总结其特征,对此提出对策建议。

摘 要：
Food safety is one of the highly concerned hot topic in advanced countries.The food safety accident increased the consumer's fears to food safety,reduced the consumers trust on domestic food.From the food safety theory,analysis the recent food safety accident,summarizes its characteristics,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
