以牛栏江(嵩明段)水环境综合整治生态廊道绿化规划设计作为规划水质提高技术途径的基础,确定规划意义、要求、范围、任务、目标及功能区划、理念等,以水资源现状分析为基础,从生物治理的角度,结合规划提出多种技术途径和方法来提高水质达到Ⅲ类标准。

Taking Niulanjiang(Song Mingduan)the comprehensive improvement of waterenvironment planning and design of ecological corridor greening planning basedapproach as water quality improvement,determine the meaning of planning,requirements,scope,task,goal and function division,concept,the present situation of water resources analysis as the foundation,from the biologicalperspective of governance,combineing with the planning and puting forward some ways and methods technology,the water quality improves the standard of classⅢ.
