摘 要:
通过实验的方式对比了6种化学方法除硬度的效果,并探讨了最佳处理工艺参数,结果表明:石灰纯碱软化法除硬度最佳,具备可操作性及良好的经济效益。得出的最佳工艺运行参数为:最佳反应pH值为10.5,100mL浓盐水需要0.6g氧化钙,0.6g碳酸钠。

摘 要:
This paper studied the hardness and the best removal effect comparison of processing parameters of six kinds of chemical methods by way of experiment study.The results showed that the lime soda softening method has the best hardness,good operability and good economic benefits.Meanwhile,the optimal process parameters were also discussed.The optimum reaction was pH10.5 and the 100 ml concentrated salt water needed 0.6 g of calcium oxide and0.6 g of sodium carbonate.
