清水江鲤杂交改良子一代稻田养殖对比试验

摘  要:
为解决土著清水江鲤品种生产效益较低的问题,实现稻渔综合种养产业可持续发展,采用清水江鲤为母本与江西兴国红鲤为父本进行杂交改良,将其F1代作为试验组,清水江鲤作为对照组,进行稻田饲养效果对比试验。结果:(1)生长速度:试验组日增重为3.19 g/尾,比对照组(2.05 g/尾)提高55.61%,差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)成活率:试验组成活率为98.86%,比对照组(96.55%)提高2.31个百分点,差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)养殖产量:试验组平均单产为20.61 kg/667 m2,比对照组(12.50 kg/667 m2)提高64.88%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明:清水江鲤杂交改良子一代稻田饲养增产效果显著。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of the production inefficiency Qingshuijiang carp(Cyprinus carpio),and to realize the sustainable development of the integrated industry rice-fishing comprehensive breeding,This study was used F1 generation by Hybridising between the native Qingshuijiang carp as the female parent and the Xingguo red carp in Jiangxi as the male parent was experimented by feeding in Rice Field for breed improvement.Results:(1) growth rate:the average daily gain of per fish is 3.19 g in the experimental group,is 2.05 g in the control group,the growth rate of experimental group fish raise 55.61%,and significant difference(P<0.05).(2) Survival rate:the survival rate is 98.86% in the experimental group,is 96.55% in the control group,which increase 2.31 percentage points,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3) Culture yield:the average yield is 20.61 kg/667 m2 in the experimental group,which was 64.88% higher than that of the control group(12.5 kg/667 m2).The difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The yield of F1 generation culture remarkable increase.
