基于水产品保活运输的多传感器数据融合算法

摘 要:
为了解决水产品保活运输中的多传感器监测数据误差大的问题,提高数据融合的精度,提出了一种多传感器数据融合算法。先剔除某时刻温度传感器采集差异较大的数据,在分批估计的基础上,加入修正因子,构造修正样本方差,实现某时刻各个批次温度融合值权重自适应调节,得到车厢内精确的温度融合值。以乌鳢运输为例进行验证,结果表明:相比于分批估计算法,该算法可更精确地获得水产品的环境温度,以便于更好地对保活温度进行控制,其融合精度更高,稳定性更好。

摘 要:
In order to solve the problem of large error of multi-sensor monitoring data in live transportation of aquatic products and improve the accuracy of data fusion, a multi-sensor data fusion algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the data with larger differences collected by the temperature sensor at a certain time is eliminated, on the basis of batch estimation, the correction factor is added to construct the modified sample variance, the weight of each batch temperature fusion value can be adjusted adaptively and the accurate temperature fusion value in the carriage can be obtained. Take the snakehead transport as an example, the results show: compared with the batch estimation algorithm, the proposed algorithm can obtain the more accurate environmental temperature of aquatic products, so as to control the living temperature better, and the fusion accuracy is higher and the stability is better.
