气液增压式手动铆接设备的设计

摘  要:
对于狭小空间的零件以及需要维修的大型零件,自动铆接设备无法满足操作要求.针对这种情况,从结构、工作原理、设备特点以及工作流程等方面,介绍一种气液增压式手动铆接设备,满足直径50 mm狭小空间零件的铆接工作,效率高,成本低,铆接质量一致性好.

摘  要:
For small space parts and large parts need maintenance, automatic riveting equipment can not meet the operation requirements. In view of this situation, from the aspects of structure, working principle, equipment characteristics and working process,this paper introduces a kind of gas-liquid pressurized manual riveting equipment, which can meet the requirements of riveting parts in a narrow space with a diameter of 50 mm, with high efficiency, low cost and good consistency of riveting quality.
