驱动圆盘根茬处理装置的土槽试验研究

摘  要:
针对一年一熟玉米种植区免耕播种玉米时,在留有根茬的未耕地上根茬不易破除且易挂茬等问题,设计了一种驱动圆盘破茬装置。该装置采用缺口圆盘与前进方向成7°夹角安装。土槽试验结果表明:驱动圆盘不仅具有较强的入土能力,而且破茬效果良好,在切断秸秆和破除根茬的同时能够开出一条宽约5cm的播种带,为播种和施肥创造良好的种床条件。

摘  要:
The opener of the no-tillage planter often can’t break up corn rootstalks and tends to hang the roots had become an important factors affecting seeding quality of one-crop-a-year region in North of China. In order to solve these problems a new driven disc cutting mechanism was developed. A notched disc was installed with an angle of 7 degrees to the direction of the front. Soil-bin test showed that the driven disc cutting part has a good ability to penetrate into the soil and cut corn rootstalk. It can also open a seed bed about 5cm wide while cutting off the straw and abolishing rootstalk, and prepare good bed conditions for seeding and applying fertilizer.
