贡柑果园高效解磷菌的筛选及其解磷条件优化

摘  要:
以广西钟山县贡柑果园的土壤为试材,从贡柑果园土壤中筛选出可以将难溶性或不溶性磷转化成可溶性磷的高效解磷菌;通过无机磷平板初筛和钼锑抗比色法复筛,经过6次传代获得一株高效解无机磷且遗传稳定的菌株W3;根据菌落形态特征、18S rDNA同源性分析,NCBI数据库对比分析等研究,初步鉴定为黄丝曲霉属(Talaromyces),并对菌株W3的解无机磷效果展开探究试验。结果表明:解磷菌W3解无机磷的最佳条件分别为接种量7%、培养温度30℃、摇床转速220 r·min~(-1)、培养时间7 d的条件下解无机磷效果最佳,最高可达到148.57 mg·L~(-1)。

摘  要:
Based on the soil of the Gonggan orchards of the Guangxi Zhongshan county,a high-efficiency phosphorous-solubilizing bacteria capable of converting insoluble or indissolvable into soluble phosphorus was selected by molybdenum-antimony colorimetric method.A high strain,through 6 passages,a highly stable solution of inorganic phosphorus and genetically stable strain W3 was obtained.According to strain W3 colony morphological characteristics,18S rDNA homology analysis,NCBI database comparative analysis and other studies,the preliminary identification strain W3 was Aspergillus flavus.The effect of inorganic phosphorus solution of strain W3 was investigated.The results showed that phosphorus bacteria W3 in the inoculation amount of 7%,culture temperature 30℃,shaking speed 220 r·min-1.Under the condition of 7 days,the optimal solution of inorganic phosphorus was 148.57 mg·L-1.
