摘  要：
阐述了济南市12316"三农"服务热线及相关系统的构建基础和思想,分析了系统构成及实现的功能。热线及相关系统的建设实现了用户通过自动语音播放、人工坐席答复、短信订制、视频诊断等多种方式来获得所需信息。用户还可通过专家查询系统选择所需要专家,通过文献检索库来浏览所关注问题的研究进展。系统的应用更好地满足了用户对信息的需求,成为当地农业信息服务的有效手段和服务三农的有效方式。

摘  要：
This paper expounded the structure model and system function of telephone voice service system of agriculture.The series of systems were built in order to realize that the users could get agricultural information by auto voice service system,agent response,short message receiving,video diagnosis and so on.Users not only could choose suitable agricultural experts according to their needs,but also know the new progress of the question that they paid close attention to.Some effective ways to supply agricultural information services for agriculture are proved.The ways can meet all kinds of needs of users for agricultural information and have been powerful supplement ways to serve for agriculture,rural area and farmers.
