液质联用法检测海水中氯霉素的含量

摘  要:
应用液质联用仪测定海水中氯霉素的含量。水样经乙酸乙酯萃取、浓缩,以1 mL50%的甲醇-水溶液定容,采用液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱仪、多反应监测扫描模式(MRM)检测和氘代氯霉素内标法定量。海水中氯霉素检测方法的线性范围是0.10~10.0ng.mL-1,检出限为0.04μg.L-1,定量限为0.10μg.L-1,加标浓度在线性范围内时,回收率大于90%。试验证明:该方法比较稳定,适用于检测海水中氯霉素的含量。

摘  要:
In this study,a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(HPLC-MS/ MS) method has been developed to determine chloramphenicol(CAP)level in seawater.Samples were subjected to extraction by ethyl acetate,concentration and constant volume prior to HPLC-MS/MS analysis.The analysis was carried out in the multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode and internal standard isotope dilution method was used for quantification.Calibration curves for CAP exhibited good linearity over the concentration range from 0.10 to 10.0 ng·mL-1,with quantification limits of 0.10μg·L-1,indicating that the method can meet the requirements of detection of CAP in seawater.
