酰嘧磺隆原药的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
建立了除草剂酰嘧磺隆原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Waters Symmetry C8柱,PDA检测器,检测波长237nm;以乙腈-0.2%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min。外标法对主要成分进行定量分析,在0~1000mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.9999,样品测定的相对标准偏差均小于1%。

摘  要:
A method was developed for analyzing amidosulfuron by HPLC using the Waters Symmetry C8 column and PDA detector. The detector was set at 237 nm wavelength. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.2% acetic acid solution (40:60, by vol) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method. The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 in the range of 0-1 000 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation of determination was lower than 1%.
