城市快速发展背景下的我国城市道路规划建设问题及对策

摘  要：
基于我国城市快速发展背景下,分析了我国目前城市道路规划建设存在的问题,包括:城市道路规划相对静态、城市道路规划与建设不同步、城市道路规划的功能定位考虑不周、城市道路建设与既有城市建筑处于退让矛盾状态、土地开发所造成的城市道路问题等。针对存在的问题给出了以下解决对策:城市道路规划制定时序优先专项规划;连续建设,源头管控;道路规划时先主后次支,道路建设时分期分步实施;完善规范标准,灵活建设城市道路;道路交通主导土地开发,交通规划与城市发展协调;城市道路设计科学化和精细化;构建交通数据库。

摘  要：
Based on the background of rapid urban development in China,the problems existing in the current urban road planning and construction were analyzed in this paper. For instances,the urban road planning was relatively static,which led the asynchronization of the planning and the construction. The function orientation of the urban road planning was not comprehensive. The urban road construction was in contradictory state with the concession of the existed urban construction. In addition,there appeared the problems of land development in urban road construction. Aiming at solving the above problems,the following countermeasures were proposed. The urban road planning needed to develop special planning priorities,continuous construction and source control. The main roads were superior to the sub-roads. The road construction should be implemented step by step. The standard of the urban road construction should be improved and flexible. The road traffic ought to lead land development so as to coordinate the development of cities. The design of urban road must be scientific and meticulous,meanwhile,the traffic database should be constructed.
