西藏不同草地类型群落根系分布特征与土壤因子的关系

摘  要:
选取西藏高原高寒沼泽化草甸、高寒草甸、高寒草原3类草地类型的典型样地,于2016年在植被生长季获取0~30cm土层的根系生物质、土壤粒径和养分变化特征,分析不同植被群落根系分配规律及其与土壤因子之间的关系。结果显示,3类植被群落根系生物质分别为14.33、4.54、1.23kg/m2,根系垂直分布呈"T"字形,90%以上的生物质分布在0~20cm土层;根据土壤粒径组成,高寒沼泽化草甸和高寒草甸土壤可定性为粉质壤土,高寒草原为沙质壤土;土壤有机质、全氮和全磷变化规律与根系分布格局一致;根系分布与土壤粉粒、有机质、全氮、全磷呈极显著正相关(P<0.001),与砂粒含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.001),且呈现不同拟合曲线。表明根系分布受土壤理化特性的制约,要充分结合根-土关系进行分析,才能更准确地为草地保护和合理利用提供有力的数据支撑。

摘  要:
The objective of the research was to explore the relationship between root distribution and soil factors of different grassland communities in Qinghai-Tibet plateau,Root biomass,soil particle size and variation characteristics of soil nutrient in the depth of 0-30 cm soil layer were analyzed at vegetation growing season across typical sample plots of Alpine Swamp meadow,Alpine meadow and Alpine steppe in 2016.The results showed that the root biomass were 14.33,4.54,1.23 kg/m2,respectively;root vertical distribution was presented"T"shape,and more than 90%of that was mainly concentrated in 0-20 cm.According to the composition of soil particle size,the soil texture of Alpine Swamp meadow and Alpine meadow were silt loam,Alpine steppe was sandy loam.The change rules of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were consistent with the distribution pattern of root system.The root distribution was significantly positively correlated with soil silt,organic matter,total nitrogen and total phosphorus(P<0.001),while it was significantly negatively correlated with the content of sand content(P<0.001),and presented different fitting equations.Through the research,it is explicit that root distribution is restricted by the soil physicalchemical proprieties.It is necessary to analyze the relationship between root and soil to provide more accurate data supporting for grassland protection and rational utilization.
