α-酮戊二酸对仔猪小肠组织学形态与功能的影响

摘  要:
本研究通过试验探讨不同水平的α-酮戊二酸(AKG)对小肠组织学形态和功能的影响。试验1和试验2各选取32头仔猪,按体重随机分为4个处理,分别饲喂添加0、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%AKG的试验日粮;于试验第14天,测定血浆D-木糖浓度、二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、内毒素含量。试验3选用12头仔猪,按体重随机分为2个处理,分别为基础日粮组和添加1.0%AKG的试验日粮组;于试验第14天,观察小肠黏膜形态。试验结果表明:试验1和试验2中,D-木糖含量均随AKG水平的增高而上升(P<0.05),当AKG水平为1.0%时达到最高(二次,P<0.05);试验1中血浆中的DAO活性随着AKG水平增高而降低(P<0.01),当AKG水平为1.0%时最低(二次,P<0.05);试验3中1.0%AKG组各肠段绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(VH/CD)较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。由试验结果得出,日粮中添加AKG可在一定程度上改善仔猪的小肠组织学形态和吸收功能,以1.0%比例添加效果较好。

摘  要:
This research was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of dietary α-ketoglutarate(AKG) on histological morphology and function of small intestine in piglets.Both the experiment 1 and experiment 2 included 32 piglets,and they were randomly divided into 4 treatments on the basis of weight with supplementary AKG levels of 0,0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% respectively in the diet.On the 14th day of the experiment,the concentration of D-xylose and activity of diamine oxidase(DAO) in plasma and the content of endotoxin were studied.In the experiment 3,twelve piglets were randomly divided into 2 treatments on the basis of weight,and in the two treatments one group was fed with the basic diet and the other was fed with AKG supplement level of 1.0%.On the 14th day,all pigs were weighed and sacrificed to observe the mucosa morphology.The small intestine was cut into three 5 cm segments at distal duodenum,mid-jejunum and mid-ileum.The segments were processed,embedded,and stained to make tissue sections,the villus height(VH) and the associated crypt depth(CD),villus width(WD) were measured,and then the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(VH/CD) and villous surface area(VSA) were calculated.The results showed that,in the experiment 1 and 2,with the increasing of the AKG supplement levels,D-xylose content was increased(P<0.05).D-xylose content was the highest(quadratic,P<0.05) when the levle of AKG was 1.0%.In the experiment 1,with the increasing of AKG supplement levels,the activity of DAO in plasma was decreased(P<0.01).The activity of DAO was the lowest(quadratic,P<0.05) with AKG level of 1.0%.In the experiment 3,compared with the control group,the VH/CD of the villus in all segments of small intestine of the group with supplement of 1.0% AKG decreased significantly(P<0.05).These results indicated that the supplement of AKG in the diet could improve histological morphology and function of the small intestine of piglets to a certain degree and the supplement of 1.0% AKG was better relatively.
