海马等8种海洋中药体外抗氧化活性的比较

摘  要:
[目的]比较研究海马等8种海洋中药体外抗氧化活性。[方法]测定高锰酸钾还原所需的氧化时间;采用光照核黄素产生超氧阴离子,并测定清除率;采用普鲁士蓝法测定总还原力。[结果]氧化时间从短到长顺序:海马<海龙<海藻<龟甲胶<海螵蛸<龟甲<牡蛎<瓦楞子,其中海马氧化时间21.2 s,与Vc相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。超氧阴离子清除率大小顺序:海螵蛸>龟甲胶>海龙>海马>海藻>龟甲>牡蛎>瓦楞子,其中海螵蛸清除率42.21%,与Vc相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。总还原力强弱顺序:龟甲胶>海龙>海马>海藻>牡蛎>海螵蛸>龟甲>瓦楞子。[结论]海马、海龙、海螵蛸、海藻、龟甲和龟甲胶的抗氧化活性较高,但效果均不及Vc,瓦楞子、牡蛎抗氧化活性较低,龟甲胶抗氧化活性高于龟甲。

摘  要:
[Objective] Comparative study on antioxidant activity of eight kinds of extraction from marine drugs such as Hippocampus. [Method] Measure the oxidation time of reducing the potassium permanganate by the sample; adopt the Riboflavin illumination method to generate superoxide anion and determine the clearance rate; adopt Prussian blue to determine the total reducing power. [Result]Oxidation time ranged from short to long: Hippocampus < Syngnathussp < Sargassum < Tortoise-shell glue < Cuttlebone < Tortoise beetle < Oysters < Concha arcae,and the oxidized time of Hippocampus was 21. 2 s,which had no significant difference compared to Vc( P > 0. 05). The superoxide anion clearance rate sorted in order of size was: Cuttlebone > Tortoise-shell glue > Syngnathussp > Hippocampus > Sargassum > Tortoise beetle >Oysters > Concha arcae,the clearance rate of Cuttlebone was 42. 21%,which had no significant difference compared to Vc( P > 0. 05). The reducing power ranged from strong to weak as following: Tortoise-shell glue > Syngnathussp > hippocampus > Sargassum > Oysters > Cuttlebone >Tortoise beetle > Concha arcae. [Conclusion] Hippocampus,Syngnathussp,Cuttlebone,Sargassum,Tortoise beetle and Tortoise-shell glue showed a higher antioxidant capacity,but the overall effect of them was not as good as Vc,the antioxidant capacity of Concha arcae and Oysters were weak,and the antioxidant capacity of Tortoise-shell glue was better than Tortoise beetle.
