花椒籽(饼)熏蒸对温室根结线虫防效及番茄生长发育的影响

摘  要:
本试验以花椒籽和花椒籽饼为生物熏蒸材料,探究其对根结线虫防治效果及番茄生长发育的影响。结果表明,施用花椒籽(饼)后番茄根结线虫的根结指数和根结线虫数较对照分别下降73. 68%和85. 48%,而阿维菌素处理的则较对照分别下降31. 58%和41. 13%,表明施用花椒籽和花椒籽饼对根结线虫的防治效果优于阿维菌素。施用花椒籽和花椒籽饼后土壤酶活性较对照显著升高,番茄植株鲜(干)物质量、根系活力、叶片SPAD值、果实可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量均显著增加,并且666. 7m~2番茄产量较对照和阿维菌素处理分别增加18. 92%和9. 61%。综上可知,施用花椒籽和花椒籽饼不仅可以有效防治番茄根结线虫病、改善土壤理化和生物学性质、促进番茄植株生长发育、提高番茄品质和产量,而且能够部分替代化肥农药,这对番茄安全优质生产具有重要意义。

摘  要:
Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds and seed cake were used as biological fumigation materials,and their effects on controlling root knot nematode and fruit quality and yield of tomato were investigated in this paper. The results showed that compared with the control( CK),the root-knot index and the number of root-knot nematodes of tomato decreased by 73. 68% and 85. 48% respectively in the Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds( cake) treatment,while those only decreased by 31. 58% and 41. 13% respectively under the avermectin treatment. It indicated Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds( cake) had better control effect on root knot nematode than avermectin. After applying Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds( cake),the soil enzyme activities significantly increased; the fresh and dry weight,root activity and SPAD value of tomato plants increased significantly,and also the soluble solids and titratable acid contents of tomato fruits. Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds( cake) treatment and avermectin treatment resulted in incresase of tomato fruit yield by 18. 92% and9. 61% compared with the control,respectively. In conclusion,the application of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds( cake) could not only effectively control tomato root-knot nematode disease,improve soil physicochemical and biological properties,promote growth and development of tomato plants and increase yield and quality of tomato fruits,but also could replace some chemical fertilizers and pesticides,which was of great significance to the safe and high-quality production of tomato.
