摘  要:
[目的]建立甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵在荔枝果肉中的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测分析方法。[方法]样品采用甲酸-乙腈作为提取溶剂、乙二胺N-丙基硅烷吸附剂(PSA)进行净化,高效液相色谱检测分析荔枝果肉基质中的甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵残留量。[结果]甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵在为0.01~1.00 mg/kg添加水平下的添加回收率分别为78.9%~97.6%、79.8%~94.6%,相对标准偏差分别为2.08%~3.95%、3.04%~5.27%;最低检出量均为0.1 ng,最小检出浓度均为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]该前处理方法简便、有机溶剂用量少,准确度、精密度等均符合农药残留检测分析要求。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to establish an efficient method for determination of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim residues in pulp of litchi by QuEChERS and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) technique.[Method]The sample was purified by formic acid-acetonitrile as extraction solvent and ethylenediamine N-propylsilane adsorbent(PSA). The residue of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim in litchi pulp matrix was analyzed by HPLC.[Result]The average recoveries of thiophanate-methyl ranged from 78.9% to 97.6% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.08%-3.95%, the average recoveries of carbendazim were 79.8%-94.6% with the RSD of 3.04%-5.27%. The limit of detection and the lowest detection limits of method was 0.1 ng and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively.[Conclusion]This method is convenient, less organic solvents. The accuracy and precision could meet the requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
