历史时期的湘茶生产及其发展探索

摘  要:
历史时期的湘茶生产可以追溯到汉代甚至更为久远的时代 ,但发展于唐宋 ,兴盛于鸦片战争后的清末民国初期。这不仅有赖于湖南具有发展优质名茶生产的自然生态环境 ,而且与湖南茶农能根据不断变化的市场形势 ,适时调整茶类结构和区域布局 ,大力发展和制作优质名品名茶有关。为重振湘茶雄风 ,在我国已加入WTO的当代 ,应继承湘茶生产的好传统 ,精心规划 ,科学布局 ,以实现茶叶的区域化种植 ,专业化生产 ,一体化经营 ,以最合理的茶类结构、最优的质量和最合宜的价格抢占世界市场。

摘  要:
Production of Hunan tea of historical period can trace back to Han dynasty. Its development is at Tang dynasty and Song dynasty and its prosperity between Qing dynasty end and Min-guo initial stages behind the Opium War(1840-1842). It not only depends on the natural ecological environment that is favor for producing high quality and well-known tea, but also have something to that tea peasant of Hunan can adjust the structure of type of tea and regional overall arrangement in good time according to the constantly changeable market situation and develop and make famous of an article tea. For regenerating production of Hunan tea, in contemporary that our country join WTO already, we should inherit kind traditions of Hunan tea production, plan meticulously and arrange scientific overall in order to realizing area ization of the tea plant, Specialized production and integrative management, and in order to seize the world market with the most rational type of tea structure, optimum quality and most suitable price.
