山东牛场常见传染病血清流行病学调查

摘  要:
2013年7月到2014年1月,从山东省济南市某奶牛场、济宁市某肉牛场、莱西市某奶牛场随机采集牛血清共266份,应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)及ELISA试验进行布鲁氏菌病抗体检测;应用口蹄疫A型、亚洲I型、O型液相阻断ELISA检测试剂盒分别检测3个血清型口蹄疫抗体水平。应用牛传染性鼻气管炎gB抗体及牛病毒性腹泻-黏膜病抗体ELISA检测试剂盒检测两病抗体。结果显示,山东省某些奶牛群存在不同程度的布鲁氏菌感染,总阳性率高达10.5%,肉牛群阳性率为0;不同牛场三型口蹄疫抗体阳性率差异明显,口蹄疫A型、亚I型和O型抗体平均阳性率分别为65.4%、70.3%和77.8%;传染性鼻气管炎的抗体阳性率为27%,病毒性腹泻-黏膜病的抗体阳性率为38.3%。针对以上血清学检测结果,对牛场上述疫病的防控进行了分析。

摘  要:
From July 2013 to January 2014,266 serum samples were collected from two dairy farms in Jinan and Laxi, and a beef cattle farm in Jining. Rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT),tube agglutination test(SAT) and ELISA were conducted to detect Brucellosis Antibodies;The serum antibody of foot and mouth disease(FMD) was tested by liquid blocking ELISA test kits; IBR and BVD antibodies were detected by IBRV gB antibody and BVDV antibody ELISA test kits. The results showed that some dairy herds in Shandong Province were infected with brucellosis in various degrees,and the total positive rate reached 10.5%,while no positive rate was detected in the meat cattle herds;The differences among three FMD types antibody positive rate were significant:the average positvie rates of A,Asia I and O were 65.4%,70.3% and 77.8%;The positive rate of infectious rhinotracheitis antibody was 27%,and the positive rate of viral diarrhea-mucosal disease antibody was 38.3%. Accordingly the prevention and control were discussed.
