摘  要：
论文运用耗散结构理论,在对高校图书馆信息资源建设系统中的各种正熵流与负熵流进行深入分析的基础上,引入管理激励理论和熵理论,提出并构建了一个高校图书馆信息资源建设的数学模型与管理模型,并就高校图书馆信息资源建设改革的发展方向展开探讨。

摘  要：
Using the dissipation structure theory,the positive and negative entropy flows are analyzed thoroughly in the text,and a mathematic and management model of information resources construction in universities and colleges being launched and set up in it on the base of management encouraging theory and dissipation theory.The development ways about information resources reform in universities and colleges are also discussed in this text.
