摘 要:
采用微波辅助SO42--TiO2/黏土固体酸提取稻草木质素,探讨了固体酸质量分数、微波处理时间、微波功率、液固质量比对木质素提取率的影响。结果表明,固体酸质量分数5.1%、微波处理时间51 min、微波功率388 W、液固质量比10∶1为较优的制备工艺。在该工艺条件下,木质素的提取率为70.15%,比相同工艺条件下常规提取法的提取率提高了21.62%。

摘 要:
Lignin was extracted from rice straw via microwave treatment with SO42——TiO2/clay solid acid.The effects of mass fraction of solid acid,reaction time,microwave power and liquid-solid ratios on the lignin yield were discussed.The experimental results showed that the optimal condition was as follow,mass fraction of solid acid,5.1%;Reaction time,51 min;Microwave power,388 W;And liquid-solid ratios,10∶1.Under this condition,the lignin yield could reach to 70.15%;Increased by 21.62% compared with that obtained by the conventional methods with the same condition.
