摘 要：
The sustainable exploitation and utilization has become the center of the global management of marine fishery resources. As a new management means of environment and resources,the validity of precautionary principle for protecting marine fishery resources has been affirmed by international community. At present,conservation status of the marine fishery resources of China cannot be optimistic,and with the gradually confirmation of the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) between China with neighboring countries,there was more pressure for the offshore fishery resources conservation. Therefore,it was necessary to apply the precautionary principle on the basis of the existing conservation of marine fishery resources,to reverse the poor conditions of the marine fishery resources conservation in China.
