乌美天麻与野生天麻不同部位化学成分对比研究

摘  要:
采用超高效液相色谱和全自动氨基酸分析仪,对开花期"乌美"天麻和野生天麻的根茎、茎和花序3个部位中天麻素和氨基酸含量对比分析。结果表明,2种天麻中,天麻素、17种氨基酸和总氨基酸含量大小顺序为根茎<茎<花序。"乌美"天麻花序中天麻素含量是根的20.95倍、是茎的2.77倍;野生天麻花序中天麻素含量是根茎的13.62倍、是茎的2.86倍。"乌美"天麻花序中天麻素含量是野生天麻的1.32倍;野生天麻根茎中除谷氨酸(Glu)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)略高于"乌美"天麻外,其它氨基酸和总氨基酸含量均低于"乌美"天麻。由此说明,"乌美"天麻比野生天麻具有较好的综合品质。

摘  要:
Comparative study on gastrodia and amino acid( AA) contents in root,stem and inflorescence of Wumei Gastrodia elata blume and Wumei Gastrodia elata blume in the flowering stage using HPLC and automatic amino acid analyzer. The result was,in the growing process of the commercial G. elata. gastrodin and AA contents are root < stem < inflorescence. Gastrodin in Wumei G. elata,inflorescence was 20. 95 times of root,2. 77 times of stem. Gastrodia in wild G. elata,inflorescence was 13. 62 times of root,2. 86 times of stem. Wumei G. elata is 1. 32 times of Wumei G.elata of gastrodia content in inflorescence. In addition to Glu,Ile,Leu,Phe,the levels of total amino acid and other amino acid in wild G. elata were all lower than in Wumei G. elata. Wumei G. elata had greater growth vigor than that of wild G. elata.
