管状曲马多电极的研制及在流动注射分析中的应用

摘 要：
研究了一种管状曲马多药物电极 ;并结合流动注射分析 (FIA)系统 ,实现了对曲马多溶液的动态测定 .电极的线形范围 4 0× 10 -5～ 1 0× 10 -1mol·L-1,斜率为 5 8 9mV·pC-1,检测下限为 2 5× 10 -5mol·L-1,在pH为 3 0～ 7 0之间对曲马多的回收率为 10 5 1% .

摘 要：
A tramadol selective PVC tubular electrode was developed combined with the flow injection system,the dynamic determination of tramadol solution was accomplished. The linear range of the electrode was within 4.0×10 -5 ～1.0×10 -1 mol·L -1 .The slope rate was 58.9mV·pC -1 .The detective limit was 2.5×10 -5 mol·L -1 .When the pH range was within 3.0～7.0,the rate of recovery of tramadol was 105.1%.
