猪肉价格变动对其他畜禽肉类价格的影响

摘  要：
探讨猪肉价格变动对鸡肉、羊肉和牛肉价格的影响,结果发现,猪肉价格变动会影响其他3种肉类价格的变化,鸡肉和羊肉反之也一样,但牛肉价格变化不会对猪肉价格产生影响;猪肉价格对其他肉类价格的连续正向冲击会使其他肉类价格呈阶梯式上涨趋势;猪肉价格变化对鸡肉、羊肉和牛肉价格冲击持续时间分别在10个月、24个月和14个月左右,对3者价格变动的贡献度分别在18.20%、6.40%和4.15%左右;受猪肉价格变动影响,畜禽肉类价格之间会呈现"肉-肉价格螺旋"上涨趋势。

摘  要：
This paper analyzed influences of pork price changes on prices of chicken,mutton and beef.We found pork price changes influenced prices of chicken,mutton and beef,and vice versa,except beef price.Continuous positive impact of pork price to other meat prices showed ladder upward trend,the impact on prices of chicken,mutton and beef lasted about 10 months,24 months and 14 months respectively,and their contribution rates were about 18.20 percent,6.40 percent and 4.15 percent respectively.The livestock and poultry meat prices will rise in a spiral trend under the influences of pork price changes.
