蔬菜田间常用杀虫(螨)剂对尼氏真绥螨成螨的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
为了指导田间农药的使用,减少对尼氏真绥螨的杀伤,采用玻片浸渍法,室内测定了蔬菜田间10种常用杀虫(螨)剂对尼氏真绥螨成螨的毒力。结果表明:供试药剂中,印楝素对尼氏真绥螨成螨毒力最高,其LC50为12.722 5mg/L;螨危最低,其LC50为1 217.346 3mg/L;供试药剂对尼氏真绥螨成螨的毒力由低到高依次为螨危<高效氯氟氰菊酯<阿维菌素<吡虫啉<哒螨灵<甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐<克螨特<虫螨腈<氯氰.毒死蜱<印楝素。

摘  要:
In order to guide the using of pesticides and decrease the killing of E.nicholsi,toxicity of 10 pesticides to adult E.nicholsi was determined by using slide-dip method in the laboratory.The results showed that toxicity of Azadirachtin was the highest with LC50 of 12.722 5 mg/L.Toxicity of Spirodiclofen was the lowest,LC50 was 1217.3463 mg/L.Toxicity of these 10 pesticides from low to high to adult E.nicholsi was Spirodiclofen< Lambda-cyhalothrin < Abamectin < Imidacloprid < Pyridaben < Emamectin benzoate < Propargite < Chlorfenapyr < Chloride cyanide chlorpyrifos < Azadirachtin.
